It is the recommendation and request of the Park Board and <br /> Park Department that these funds be appropriated by the Council <br /> for capital improvements at the Potawatomi Park Zoo, including <br /> the following projects : <br /> 1 . Flamingo Winter Housing Building; <br /> 2 . Australian Bird Barn; <br /> 3 . Walk-Through Free Flight Exhibit; and <br /> 4.
