Pursuant to the terms of the Trust , <br /> funds dispersed by the Trust to the City are "for the sole and <br /> exclusive use and benefit of the Potawatomi Park Zoo. " <br /> As you are also aware, the City has created a Zoo Endowment <br /> Fund, into which Trust distributions have been deposited. <br /> Deposits in the Zoo Endowment Fund now total $30 ,000 . <br /> 301 S.
