NEW BUSINFSS (Cont.) <br />e. continued... <br />abatement is approximately $10,055 <br />over the five year period. <br />Upon a motion by Bob Hunt, <br />seconded by Ms. Auburn and <br />unanimously carried, the Commission <br />approved Resolution No. 1403 <br />approving an application for personal <br />property tax deduction for property <br />located at 2303 North Bendix Drive <br />in the Airport Economic <br />Development Area. (Midwest <br />Windows & Doors, Inc.) <br />f. fling of Resolution No. 1399 <br />amending the Development Plan <br />for the West Washington - Chapin <br />Development Area and setting <br />10:00 a.m., January 2, 1996 for a <br />Public Hearing on Resolution <br />No. 1399. <br />Jon Hunt explained that Resolution <br />No. 1399 amends the Development <br />Plan for the West Washington - <br />Chapin Development Area to add one <br />parcel of land to the acquisition list. <br />The parcel is being added so that we <br />can acquire it and make it available <br />and for possible future development. <br />Upon a motion by Ms. Auburn, <br />seconded by Mr. Hojnacki and <br />unanimously carried, the Commission <br />accepted the filing of Resolution <br />No. 1399 and set the public hearing <br />for 10:00 a.m. on January 2, 1996. <br />-17- <br />COMMISSION APPROVED RESOLUTION NO. 1403 <br />APPROVING AN APPLICATION FOR PERSONAL <br />PROPERTY TAX DEDUCTION FOR PROPERTY <br />LOCATED AT 2303 NORTH BENDIX DRIVE IN THE <br />AIRPORT ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT AREA. <br />(MIDWEST WINDOWS & DOORS, INC.) <br />COMMISSION APPROVED RESOLUTION NO. 1399 <br />AMENDING THE DEVELOPMENT PLAN FOR THE <br />WEST WASHINGTON - CHAPIN DEVELOPMENT AREA <br />
