Commission approval requested for <br />Resolution No. 1390 related to acquisition <br />of property in the Sample -Ewing <br />Development Area by Eminent Domain. <br />Mrs. Kolata explained that the Commission <br />had previously sent purchase offers for three <br />properties that it was interested in <br />purchasing and moving the houses. The <br />Frisons owned one of those properties. <br />They also own these three vacant lots and <br />want to discuss all of the property as part of <br />one transaction. Resolution No. 1390 sets <br />the offering price for the three vacant lots <br />and authorizes the staff to send purchase <br />offers for the three lots. <br />Upon a motion by Mr. Hunt, seconded by <br />Mr. Hcjnacki and unanimously carried, the <br />Commission approved Resolution No. 1390 <br />related to acquisition of property in the <br />Sample -Ewing Development Area by <br />Eminent Domain. <br />h. Commission approval requested for <br />Resolution No. 1391 approving an <br />application for real property tax <br />deduction for property located at the <br />Southwest corner of Nimtz Parkway and <br />Commerce Drive in the Airport Economic <br />Development Area. (H. G. Baus Centre) <br />Mr. Beitzinger read the staff report on the <br />project. Blackthom Nimtz Partners L.P. <br />intends to build an 89,200 square foot <br />manufacturing facility on 10.3 acres in the <br />H.G.
