NEW BUSINESS (Cont.) <br />u. continued... <br />Upon a motion by Mr. Hojnacki, seconded <br />by Mr. Hunt and unanimously carried, the <br />Commission approved the Loan and Grant <br />for property located at 829 E. Calvert. <br />(Dallas Hann) <br />V. Commission approval requested for Loan <br />and Grant in connection with the <br />Affordable Loan Program for property <br />located at 1043 Portage. (Willie Mae <br />Williams) <br />Mrs. Kolata noted that the loan to Willie <br />Mae Williams is in the amount of $3,450 at <br />4% interest for 15 years with monthly <br />payments of $25.52. The grant is <br />$2,197.80. <br />Upon a motion by Mr. Hunt, seconded by <br />Mr. Hojnacki and unanimously carried, the <br />Commission approved the Loan and Grant <br />for property located at 1043 Portage. (Willie <br />Mae Williams) <br />7. PROGRESS REPORTS <br />Mrs. Kolata reported that Blackthorn Golf Course <br />was rated 4th in the country among new public <br />golf courses by Golf Digest. We're very proud <br />of this ranking. <br />8.
