NEW BUSINESS (Cont.) <br />n. continued... <br />defraying the expenses of certain local <br />public improvements for the fiscal year <br />beginning January 1, 1996 and ending <br />December 31, 1996, including all <br />outstanding claims and obligations, fixing <br />a time when the same shall take effect. <br />(Blackthorn Golf Course) <br />Mrs. Kolata explained that Resolution <br />No. 1385 states the Commission's intent to <br />appropriate the revenues generated by <br />Blackthorn Golf Course during the next <br />calendar year and sets a public hearing on <br />the appropriation for December 1 at 10:00 <br />a.m. Attached to Resolution No. 1385 is a <br />copy of the 1996 budget for Blackthorn Golf <br />Course, showing total income of <br />approximately $1,400,000 and total expenses <br />of just over $1,000,000. <br />Upon a motion by Mr. Hojnacki, seconded <br />by Mr. Hunt and unanimously carried, the <br />Commission approved Resolution No. 1385 <br />determining to appropriate monies for the <br />purpose of defraying the expenses of certain <br />local public improvements for the fiscal year <br />beginning January 1, 1996 and ending <br />December 31, 1996, including all <br />outstanding claims and obligations, fixing a <br />time when the same shall take effect. <br />(Blackthorn Golf Course) <br />o.
