NEW BUSINESS (Cont.) <br />j. continued... <br />Mrs. Kolata explained that part of the <br />proceeds of the 1990 South Bend Central <br />Development Area Lease Rental Bonds were <br />used to buy a property at 516 S. St. Joseph. <br />the Commission earlier agreed to work with <br />South Bend Heritage Foundation who has <br />identified an owner for the property. They <br />will be closing on the property soon, <br />rehabbing it, and moving into it. This <br />amendment releases that property from the <br />bond issue and allows the property to be <br />sold. <br />Upon a motion by Mr. Hunt, seconded by <br />Mr. Hojnacki and unanimously carried, the <br />IV Commission approved Resolution No. 1393 <br />approving an Addendum to the Lease. <br />(South Bend Central Development Area <br />Public Improvement Project) <br />k. Commission approval requested for <br />Certificate of Waiver for property located <br />at 1008 California. (Alfonso Cardenas <br />and John A. Grusczynski) <br />Mrs. Kolata noted that this Certificate of <br />Waiver forgives $750.00 as of <br />September 15, 1995. <br />Upon a motion by Mr. Hojnacki, seconded <br />by Mr. Hunt and unanimously carried, the <br />Commission approved the Certificate of <br />Waiver in the amount of $750 as of <br />September 15, 1995 for property located at <br />1008 California.
