(Carolyn Tatum) <br />Mrs. Kolata noted that the loan to Carolyn <br />Tatum is in the amount of $2,750 at 3 % <br />interest for five years with monthly payments <br />of $49.41. The grant is $1,724.80. <br />Upon a motion by Mr. Hunt, seconded by <br />Mr. Donoho and unanimously carried, the <br />Commission approved the Loan and Grant for <br />property located at 1054 N. Huey. (Carolyn <br />Tatum) <br />Y. Commission approval requested for Loan <br />and Grant in connection with the <br />Affordable Loan Program for property <br />located at 132 S. Chapin. (Terry and Lori <br />Cole) <br />Mrs. Kolata noted that the loan to Terry and <br />Lori Cole is in the amount of $11,600 at 6% <br />interest for 20 years with monthly payments <br />of $83.11.
