White made a motion to suspend the rules in order to defer Privilege of <br /> the Floor to a subsequent Council Meeting. Councilmember Henry Davis Jr. seconded this <br /> motion which carried by a roll call vote of nine(9) ayes. <br /> Mayor James Mueller, Mayor of the City of South Bend with offices located on the 14th floor of <br /> the County-City Building, South Bend, IN, presented to the Common Council on updates related <br /> to the COVID-19 Pandemic and its effect on the South Bend Community.He addressed the current <br /> statistics of cases, tests and deaths, as well as best practices moving forward. Council Members <br /> had the opportunity to ask questions about the Mayor's report.
