Jones City Clerk <br /> Bianca Tirado Chief Deputy Clerk <br /> Graham Sparks Deputy Clerk <br /> Bob Palmer Council Attorney <br /> REPORT FROM THE SUB-COMMITTEE ON MINUTES <br /> There was no report from the Sub-Committee on Minutes <br /> SPECIAL BUSINESS <br /> Council President Tim Scott announced that due to the recent development of the COVID-19 <br /> Pandemic, this Council Meeting would be considered as an emergency Council Meeting. As a <br /> result, the overall format and rules would be different from that of a regular standing Council <br /> Meeting. <br /> Councilmember Karen L. White made a motion to suspend the rules in order to have all three (3) <br /> readings of the following bills to be held at the same meeting. Councilmember Sharon L. McBride <br /> seconded this motion which carried by a roll call vote of nine(9) ayes. <br /> Councilmember Sheila Niezgodski then made a motion to suspend the rules in order to advance <br /> First Readings on the Agenda. Councilmember Sharon L.
