NEW BUSEWSS (Cont.) <br />C. continued... <br />homes will be built on a minimum 60' x <br />120' lot that will be seeded upon <br />completion of the home. <br />G & M Properties will also be receiving <br />assistance with construction costs from the <br />St. Joseph County Housing Consortium <br />and the Housing Assistance Office. These <br />homes will then be made available to <br />moderate income first time buyers. The <br />total cost of each home is estimated at <br />between $60,000 and $65,000. <br />A review of the tax abatements records, <br />finds that the petitioner was granted a <br />residential real property abatement for <br />properties at 1702 and 1706 North Kaley <br />Street, 2021 North Olive Street, 1934, <br />1940 and 2004 North Fremont Street, and <br />1902 and 1903 North Meade Street, by <br />resolution no. 2278 -95 dated August 28, <br />1995. <br />The building commissioner has reviewed <br />the petition and has found the properties to <br />be properly zoned for the proposed use. A <br />copy of the building commissioner's report <br />is attached. <br />A review of the tax abatement maps finds <br />that the property is not located in an area <br />presently designated as a Tax Abatement <br />Impact Area. <br />A review of the Redevelopment allocation <br />areas finds that the property is located in <br />In <br />
