NEW BUSINESS (Cont.) <br />ab. continued... <br />Commission, as owner, needs to file on <br />their behalf. <br />Upon a motion by Mr. Hojnacki, seconded COMMISSION AUTHORIZED SIGNING OF <br />by Ms. Auburn and unanimously carried, THE TAX ABATEMENT PETITION ON <br />the Commission authorized signing of the BEHALF OF WESTERN AVENUE <br />tax abatement petition on behalf of Western PARTNERSHIP (PARCEL C9 -1 AND C9 -2) <br />Avenue Partnership. (Parcel C9 -1 and C9 -2) <br />ac. Commission approval requested for <br />consent to financing structure concerning <br />Stephenson Mill Associates property in <br />the South Bend Central Development <br />Area. <br />Item 6.ac. was tabled. <br />ad. Commission approval requested for <br />Assignment of Contract for Sale of Land <br />in the South Bend Central Development <br />Area. (Zion Hill Missionary Baptist <br />Church) <br />Mrs. Kolata explained that Zion Hill <br />Missionary Baptist Church, at 310 West <br />Monroe, has recently incorporated. With <br />this document the unincorporated church is <br />assigning its rights under the Contract for <br />Sale of Land to the incorporated church. <br />Upon a motion by Ms. Auburn, seconded <br />by Mr. Donoho and unanimously carried, <br />the Commission approved the Assignment <br />of Contract for Sale of Land in the South <br />Bend Central Development Area.
