NEW BUSINESS (Cont.) <br />c. continued... <br />Mr. Doshi thanked the Commission for the <br />support it has given to their company in the <br />past. <br />Upon a motion by Mr. Hunt, seconded by <br />Mr. Donoho and unanimously carried, the <br />Commission approved Resolution No. 1372 <br />approving an application for personal property <br />tax deduction for property located at 814 S. <br />Main Street. (Schafer Gear Works) <br />d. Commission approval requested for <br />Satisfaction of Debt and Release of <br />Mortgage for property located at 725 S. <br />Carlisle. (Joyce Savari - Miller) <br />Mrs. Kolata explained that this document <br />certifies that the loan secured by property at <br />725 S. Carlisle has been repaid in full. <br />Upon a motion by Mr. Donoho, seconded by <br />Mr. Hojnacki and unanimously carried, the <br />Commission approved the Satisfaction of Debt <br />and Release of Mortgage for property at 725 <br />S. Carlisle. <br />e. Commission approval requested for Loan <br />and Grant in connection with the <br />Affordable Loan Program for property <br />located at 2614 Grace. (Richard P. <br />Andrews) <br />Mrs. Kolata noted that the Loan to Ricahrd <br />Andrews will be in the amount of $5,450.00 <br />at 0% interest for 15 years. The Grant is <br />in <br />Commission approved Resolution No. <br />1372 approving an application for personal <br />property tax deduction for property located <br />at 814 S. Main Street.
