DODD, LLC proposes to provide labor and material necessary to complete the <br />above project as indicated on P000, P100, P400, and P800 with the following <br />clarifications: <br /> <br />1. Disconnect existing plumbing fixtures and prepare piping for selective <br />demolition. <br />2. Furnish and install new underground sanitary piping (PVC) connect to existing as <br />available. <br />3. Furnish excavation for new underground sanitary piping. <br />4. Furnish and install new aboveground sanitary waste and vent piping (PVC) <br />connect to existing venting as available. Exclude insulation if required for open <br />plenum HVAC returns. <br />5. Furnish and install new domestic water piping (copper with sweat fittings) <br />connect to new incoming water line complete with new backflow preventor. <br />6. Furnish and install new fixtures as indicated on P800. <br />7. Insulation included for new water piping only. <br />8.
