The <br />Division of Engineering has reviewed the submitted documents and listed the bidders as follows: <br /> <br /> <br />Bidder Bid Amount <br />1. Walsh & Kelly$1,462,900 <br />2. Rieth-Riley Construction Co., Inc. $1,527,000 <br /> <br />Engineering recommends award of a contract for the 2020 Street and Sewer Departments <br />Materials amount to the lowest responsive / responsible bidder, Walsh & Kelly in the amount of <br />$1,462,900. <br />Sufficient funds have been appropriated from Streets, Curb & Sidewalk, Sewer Concrete, Sewer <br />Ins, Water Works, Parks, and MVH-Restricted funding accounts. <br /> <br />Please call with your questions (9245). <br /> <br />Enc.
