NEW BUSINESS (Cont.) <br />c. continued... <br />Upon a motion by Mr. Donoho, seconded <br />by Mr. Hojnacki and unanimously carried, <br />the Commission accepted the counter offer <br />in the amount of $900 from Ridley and <br />Olene Stout for property located at 620 E. <br />Ohio Street. <br />d. Commission approval requested for <br />Resolution No. 1369 setting the Fkir <br />Reuse Value of Land in the Sample - <br />Ewing Development Area. (Parcels 33, <br />34, and 35) <br />Mrs. Kolata explained that items 6.d., <br />6.e., and 6.f. are all related to offering <br />parcels for sale in the Sample -Ewing <br />Development Area. Resolution No. 1369 <br />sets the minimum offering price for the <br />parcels. Parcel No. 33 is the former <br />Pleasureland Museum site combined with <br />an adjacent vacant lot. It fronts on <br />Michigan Street. The suggested use is <br />commercial. The minimum offering price <br />is $9,800. <br />Parcel No. 34 is a one -acre parcel running <br />from Sample Street to Ohio Street. The <br />recommended use is light industrial. The <br />minimum offering price is $33,025. <br />Parcel No. 35 is .4 of an acre located east <br />of Carroll along Sample Street. The <br />recommended use is light industrial. The <br />minimum offering price is $13,400. <br />Mrs. Kolata noted that the bid <br />specifications for Parcel No. 33 stipulate <br />that the entire building must be of masonry <br />construction.
