South Bend Redevelopment Commission <br />Regular Meeting - July 7, 1995 <br />6. NEW BUSINESS (Cont.) <br />f. Public Hearing on Resolution No. 1356, <br />a Supplemental Appropriation <br />Resolution of the South Bend <br />Redevelopment Commission. (Sample - <br />Ewing Development Area) <br />Resolution No. 1356 appropriates <br />$835,275.68 for public improvements, <br />primarily acquisition and relocation, as <br />well as some street and sidewalk <br />improvements, in the Sample -Ewing <br />Development Area. <br />Mrs. Kolata asked that the following <br />items be entered into the record: 1) An <br />original of the Notice of Public Hearing <br />concerning the Sample -Ewing <br />Development Area; 2) An Affidavit of <br />Carol Smith, Advertising Manager of the <br />South Bend Tribune, that Notice of Public <br />Hearing was published in that daily <br />newspaper on June 23, 1995; 3) An <br />Affidavit of Lisa J. Andrysiak, Classified <br />Manager of the Tri- County News, that <br />Notice of Public Hearing was published in <br />that weekly newspaper on June 23, 1995; <br />and 4) A copy of Resolution No. 1356. <br />There were no objections and the items <br />were entered into the record. <br />Mr. Faccenda opened the Public Hearing PUBLIC HEARING ON RESOLUTION NO. 1356 <br />on Resolution No. 1356 for anyone who <br />wished to speak. There was no one who <br />wished to speak. Mr. Faccenda closed <br />the Public Hearing. <br />-13- <br />
