DONALD <br /> STREET <br /> Dear Members of the Council: <br /> In accordance with Municipal Code Section 18-53.8, a favorable <br /> recommendation is being submitted to the Common Council concerning <br /> the Vacation Petition signed by Mitchell L. Hall, 2202 South Main <br /> Street, South Bend, Indiana and indicating Mr. David A. DeVliegher, <br /> Burkhart Advertising, Inc. , 1335 Mishawaka Avenue, South Bend, <br /> Indiana, as Contact Person, to vacate the following alley: <br /> The first east/west alley south of West Donald Street <br /> from the east right-of-way line of South Main Street to <br /> the west right-of-way line of the first north/south alley <br /> east of South Main Street, for a distance of <br /> approximately 165 feet and a width of approximately 11 <br /> feet. Part situated in Bowman' s Addition to the City of <br /> South Bend, Indiana. <br /> For your information, the Board of Public Works received favorable <br /> recommendations from the Fire Department, Area Plan Commission, <br /> Police Department, Department of Economic Development and the <br /> Division of Engineering concerning this vacation.
