Airport Economic Development Area <br />(1) Contract with AEP to provide Alternate <br />Feed Services to Union Station <br />Technology Center. <br />Mr. Schalliol noted that in a response to <br />questions raised at the September 13 <br />Redevelopment Commission about the, <br />potential for increasing health hazards for <br />South Bend Housing Authority residents <br />with the placement of additional power <br />lines for the Renaissance District, staff has <br />worked with the Union Station Technology <br />Center team, AEP /I &M and the St. Joseph <br />County Health Department to provide <br />additional site specific information to <br />address these concerns. <br />Provided in the packet was an e-mail dated <br />Wednesday, September 19 from Marc <br />Nelson, Environmental Health Director, to <br />3 <br />COMMISSION APPROVED THE CLAIMS <br />SUBMITTED SEPTEMBER 27, 2012, AND <br />ORDERED THE CHECKS TO BE RELEASED. <br />THERE WERE NO COMMUNICATIONS. <br />
