Each of them sets a public hearing on the appropriation for 10:00 a.m. , July 7, 1995. Resolution No. 1351 appropriates $1,670,735.00 for bond issue payments in the South Bend Central Development Area. Upon a motion by Ms. Auburn, seconded by Mr. Hunt and unanimously carried, the Commission approved Resolution No. 1351 determining to pay certain expenses incurred for local public improvements in or serving the South Bend Central Allocation Area from the South Bend Central Allocation Area Special Fund. b. Commission approval requested for Resolution No. 1352 determining to pay certain expenses incurred for local public improvements in or serving the Sample -Ewing Allocation Area from the Sample -Ewing Allocation Area Special Fund. Mrs. Kolata noted that Resolution No. 1352 is related to the appropriation of $835,275.00 for bond payments for the Sample -Ewing Development Area. The Public Hearing on this appropriation will will be July 7, 1995.
