The counter offer is <br />$13,700 based on an appraisal the owner <br />provided. The staff recommends <br />accepting the counter offer. <br />Upon a motion by Mr. Hojnacki, <br />COMMISSION APPROVED THE COUNTER <br />seconded by Ms. Auburn and <br />OFFER IN THE AMOUNT OF $13,700 FROM <br />unanimously carried, the Commission <br />TIMOTHY E. AND JENNIFER K. STEVENS <br />approved the counter offer in the amount <br />FOR PROPERTY LOCATED AT 610 E. OHIO <br />of $13,700 from Tunothy E. and <br />STREET <br />Jennifer K. Carpenter for professional <br />services in the Sample -Ewing <br />Development Area. <br />Mrs. Kolata explained that we need one <br />appraisal on lots in the Sample -Ewing <br />Development Area that we wish to <br />acquire for a house move project. We <br />need two appraisals on each of five lots. <br />HUMA Appraisals will perform its <br />appraisals for $225 each. Douglas <br />Carpenter will perform appraisals on the <br />5911 <br />
