South Bend Redevelopment Commission <br />Special Meeting - May 26, 1995 <br />5. OLD BUSINESS <br />There was no Old Business. <br />6. NEW BUSINESS <br />a. Commission approval requested for <br />Resolution No. 1347 accepting the <br />transfer of real property from the <br />South Bend Redevelopment Authority. <br />Ms. Manier explained that the Airport <br />Authority conveyed approximately 15 <br />acres of land in the Airport Economic <br />Development Area to the Redevelopment <br />Authority several years ago. The <br />Redevelopment Authority approved the <br />transfer of that land to the <br />Redevelopment Commission at its May <br />24, 1995 meeting. Resolution No. 1347 <br />accepts the transfer of that property. <br />Upon a motion by Mr. Hcjnacki, <br />seconded by Mr. Hunt and unanimously <br />carried, the Commission approved <br />Resolution No. 1347 accepting the <br />transfer of real property from the South <br />Bend Redevelopment Authority. <br />b. Staff report on disposition of property <br />in the Airport Economic Development <br />Area. <br />Mr. Riggs noted that the Redevelopment <br />Commission has received a proposal to <br />purchase and develop the land the <br />Commission just accepted from the <br />Redevelopment Authority. He read the <br />staff report on the project.
