APPROVAL OF MINUTES (Cont.) <br />a. continued... <br />Mrs. Kolata explained that the State <br />Board of Accounts noticed a <br />typographical error in the Minutes of <br />March 31, 1994. A counter offer was <br />received for $22,500. According to the <br />Minutes the Commission accepted a <br />counter offer of $11,000. We need to <br />correct the Minutes to say that the <br />Commission accepted the counter offer <br />of $22,500. <br />Upon a motion by Mr. Hojnacki, <br />seconded by Mr. Hunt and unanimously <br />carried, the Commission approved a <br />correction to the Minutes of March 31, <br />1994. <br />b. Approval of Minutes of the Regular <br />Meeting of Friday, April 21, 1995. <br />Upon a motion by Mr. Hunt, seconded <br />by Mr. Hojnacki and unanimously <br />carried, the Commission approved the <br />Minutes of the Regular Meeting of <br />Friday, April 21, 1995. <br />3.
