Burkhart Advertising has <br />submitted a proposal for the same <br />services at a cost of $1,500. Hebard & <br />Hebard has submitted a proposal to <br />provide the same services at a cost of <br />over $3,000. The staff recommends <br />accepting the proposal from North <br />American Signs. <br />Upon a motion by Mr. Hojnacki, <br />seconded by Mr. Hunt and unanimously <br />carried, the Commission accepted the <br />proposal from North American Signs for <br />Professional Services in the Airport <br />Economic Development Area. <br />U. Commission approval requested for <br />Corporate Undertaking with Chicago <br />Title Insurance Company. <br />Mrs. Kolata explained that the Corporate <br />Undertaking is an agreement that the <br />Commission will see to completion the <br />condemnation of certain property so that <br />we can dispose of the property before the <br />condemnation is completed.
