South Bend Redevelopment Commission <br />Regular Meeting - April 7, 1995 <br />would be used for. Approximately 25,000 <br />square feet of the 40,000 square foot <br />addition will be used for manufacturing. <br />Mr. Thompson also noted that, since the <br />Commission granted the three -year <br />abatement, Communication Test Design has <br />added three new full-time employees. <br />Upon a motion by Mr. Donoho, seconded <br />by Mr. Hunt and unanimously carried, the <br />Commission approved Resolution No. 1334 <br />rescinding Resolution No. 1330 and <br />approving an application for real property <br />tax deduction for property located at 2740 <br />Viridian Drive in the Airport Economic <br />Development Area.
