They <br />expect to continue to grow. <br />They expect to begin construction within <br />thirty days of closing on the property. They <br />hope to be in the new facility by the end of <br />1995. <br />Mr. Riggs noted that the staff recommends <br />accepting the proposal from Peterson <br />Engineering, subject to approval of their <br />building design. <br />Upon a motion by Mr. Hunt, seconded by <br />Ms. Auburn and unanimously carried, the <br />Commission accepted the proposal from <br />Peterson Engineering for property in <br />Blackthorn Corporate Park, subject to <br />approval of their building design by the <br />staff. Mr. Donoho declared a conflict of <br />interest and did not vote. <br />7. PROGRESS REPORTS <br />Mr. Wolf noted that there will be a St. Patrick's <br />Day celebration at Century Center at noon today <br />(March 17) . <br />Mr. Wolf also introduced Shelly Yoder -Ray who <br />has joined the Center City Associates staff to <br />work on resource development. <br />Mr. Wolf also noted that Alice Miller, Office <br />Manager for CCA is being recognized at the <br />Tribute for Women luncheon on March 25. <br />-21- <br />COMMISSION ACCEPTED THE PROPOSAL <br />FROM PETERSON ENGINEERING FOR <br />PROPERTY IN BLACKTHORN CORPORATE <br />PARK, SUBJECT TO APPROVAL OF THEIR <br />BUILDING DESIGN BY THE STAFF <br />PROGRESS REPORTS <br />
