(Housing <br />Development Corporation) <br />Mrs. Kolata noted that this Certificate of <br />Waiver forgives $870.00 for each of three <br />years as of July 28, 1992 through 1994. <br />Upon a motion by Mr. Donoho, seconded <br />by Mr. Hojnacki and unanimously carried, <br />the Commission approved the Certificate of <br />Waiver in the amount of $870.00 for each <br />of three years as of July 28, 1992 through <br />1994 for the Housing Development <br />Corporation for property located at 511 N. <br />Blaine Street. <br />f.
