Resolution No. 1326 sets up the funds to handle the income and expenses of the golf course and sets a public hearing on the budget for April 7, 1995 at 10:00 a.m. Upon a motion by Mr. Donoho, seconded by Mr. Hunt and unanimously carried, the Commission approved Resolution No. 1326 determining to appropriate monies for the purpose of defraying the expenses of certain local public improvements for the fiscal year beginning January 1, 1995, and ending December 31, 1995, including all outstanding claims and obligations, fixing a time when the same shall take effect, and determining to establish certain enterprise funds. 1. Commission approval requested for Certificate of Waiver in connection with the Rental Rehab Program for property located at 1215 E. Calvert. (Dennis & Janice Papczynski) Mrs. Kolata noted that this Certificate of Waiver forgives $1,213.90 for each of three years as of February 1, 1993, 1994, and 1995. Upon a motion by Mr. Donoho, seconded by Mr. Hunt and unanimously carried, the Commission approved the Certificate of Waiver in the amount of $1,213.90 for each of three years as of February 1, 1993, 1994, and 1995 for property located at 1215 E. Calvert.
