NEW BUSEWSS (Cont.) <br />a. continued... <br />Mrs. Kolata explained that Resolution No. <br />1319 indicates the Commission's intent to <br />appropriate $677,932 in the Sample -Ewing <br />TTF area, setting a public hearing on this <br />appropriation for Friday, March 3, 1995 at <br />10:00 a.m. These TIF funds were <br />remaining at the end of 1994 and not <br />otherwise encumbered or previously <br />appropriated. The funds will be used for <br />acquisition, relocation, demolition, and <br />public improvements in the Sample -Ewing <br />Development Area. <br />Apk Upon a motion by Mr. Hojnacki, seconded <br />by Ms. Auburn and unanimously carried, <br />the Commission adopted Resolution <br />No. 1319 determining to pay certain <br />expenses incurred for local public <br />improvements in or serving the Sample - <br />Ewing Allocation Area (South Bend <br />Allocation Area No. 8) from the Sample - <br />Ewing Allocation Area (South Bend <br />Allocation Area No. 8) Special Fund. <br />b. Commission approval requested for Loan <br />and Grant in connection with the <br />Affordable Loan Program for property <br />located at 1210 N. Olive. (Albert and Sue <br />Smith) <br />Mrs. Kolata noted that the Loan is in the <br />amount of $8,800 at 6 % interest for 8 years <br />with monthly payments of $115.75.
