Brademas) <br />g. Staff report on disposition of property <br />in the Airport Economic Development <br />Area. <br />There was no report. <br />h. Commission approval requested for <br />Addendum to Professional Service <br />Agreement between the South Bend <br />Redevelopment Commission and <br />Camiros, Ltd. dated February 24, <br />1994. <br />Mrs. Kolata noted that Camiros, Ltd., is <br />the consultant working with the Rum <br />Village Neighborhood Association to <br />develop a neighborhood plan. The <br />amendment increases the amount of the <br />compensation from $2,500 to $7,500 for <br />a neighborhood outreach and <br />organization component to the contract. <br />Mrs. Kolata noted that, originally, the <br />contract did not provide for <br />neighborhood outreach. The <br />Commission amended it to include that <br />provision and agreed to pay $2,500 <br />towards that.
