South Bend Redevelopment Commission <br />Regular Meeting - February 3, 1995 <br />6. NEW BUSINESS <br />Mrs. Kolata asked permission to add item 6.k. <br />to the agenda. There was no objection and the <br />item was added. <br />a. Public Hearing on Resolution <br />No. 1311, a supplemental <br />appropriation resolution of the City of <br />South Bend Redevelopment <br />Commission. <br />Mrs. Kolata asked that the proofs of <br />publication from the South Bend Tribune <br />and the T3ri- County News, showing that <br />the Notice of Public Hearing was <br />published on January 13, 1995, be <br />entered into the record. There was no <br />objection and the items were so entered. <br />Mrs. Kolata explained that Resolution <br />No. 1311 appropriates $200,000 of tax <br />increment funds in the Airport Economic <br />Development Area to be used for local <br />public improvements. In this case, they <br />will be used for part of the construction <br />of the intersection improvements at <br />Bendix and Nimtz Parkway (Phase III of <br />Nimtz Parkway) . <br />Mr. Faccenda opened the Public Hearing PUBLIC HEARING ON RESOLUTION NO. 1311 <br />for whomever wished to be heard. <br />There was no one who wished to speak. <br />Mr. Faccenda closed the Public Hearing. <br />El <br />
