South Bend Redevelopment Commission <br />Annual Organizational Meeting - January 4, 1995 <br />3. ELECTION OF OFFICERS <br />Ms. Jenny Pitts Manier, Deputy City <br />Attorney, conducted the election of officers. <br />PRESIDENT <br />Ms. Auburn noted that it has been the custom <br />for a Commission President to continue to <br />serve as President as long as he /she remains <br />on the Commission. However, Ms. Auburn <br />indicated that she would like to see that <br />honor spread around. Ms. Auburn <br />nominated Mr. Philip Faccenda to serve as <br />President of the South Bend Redevelopment <br />Commission. There were no further <br />nominations. The vote being unanimous, <br />Mr. Faccenda was elected President for <br />1995. <br />VICE- PRESIDENT <br />Mr. Donoho nominated Ms. Paula Auburn to <br />serve as Vice - President of the South Bend <br />Redevelopment Commission. There were no <br />further nominations. The vote being <br />unanimous, Ms. Auburn was elected Vice - <br />President for 1995. <br />SECRETARY <br />Mr. Faccenda nominated Mr. Robert Hunt to <br />serve as Secretary of the South Bend <br />Redevelopment Commission. There were no <br />further nominations.
