Seago) <br />Mrs. Kolata noted that this Certificate of <br />Waiver waives $406.70 as of August 20, <br />1994. The staff recommends approval. <br />Upon a motion by Mr. Donoho, seconded <br />by Mr. Faccenda and unanimously carried, <br />the Commission approved the Certificate of <br />Waiver for property located at 712 Lindsey <br />Street.
