NEW BUSINESS (Cont.) <br />i. continued... <br />Mrs. Kolata explained that Resolution <br />No. 1295 authorizes the staff to send <br />purchase offers for 6 properties in the West <br />Washington - Chapin Development Area with <br />the right of eminent domain. The properties <br />are all vacant land and are owned by one <br />owner. <br />Upon a motion by Mr. Faccenda, seconded <br />by Mr. Sharp and unanimously carried, the <br />Commission approved Resolution No. 1295 <br />relating to acquisition of property within the <br />West Washington - Chapin Development Area <br />by Eminent Domain. <br />k. Commission approval requested for <br />Contract for Sale of Land in the Toll <br />Road Industrial Park portion of the <br />Airport Economic Development Area. <br />(Toll Road Industrial Partners H) <br />Mrs. Kolata noted that Toll Road Industrial <br />Partners II (Holladay Corporation) exercised <br />an option to purchase additional land for the <br />expansion of Tech Data Corporation in the <br />Toll Road Industrial Park.
