(Wilda Ripper) <br />f. Commission approval requested for <br />Certificate of Waiver in connection with <br />the Rental Rehab Loan Program for <br />property located at 1014 N. Eddy Street. <br />(Norman L. and Deborah G. Buckman) <br />Mrs. Kolata explained that this Certificate of <br />Waiver waives $789.00 as of October 31, <br />1994. <br />Upon a motion by Mr. Piasecki, seconded <br />by Mr. Sharp and unanimously carried, the <br />Commission approved the Certificate of <br />Waiver in the amount of $789.00 as of <br />October 31, 1994 for property located at <br />1014 N. Eddy Street. (Norman L. and <br />Deborah G. Buckman) <br />g. Commission approval requested for <br />Certificate of Waiver in connection with <br />the Rental Rehab Loan Program for <br />property located at 1518 Lincolnway <br />West. (Vernon K.
