They are a major success <br />story in the area and truly a showcase <br />industry. <br />Upon a motion by Mr. Faccenda, seconded <br />by Mr. Piasecki and unanimously carried, <br />the Commission approved Resolution No. <br />1286 approving an application for personal <br />property tax deduction for property located <br />at 3605 W. Cleveland Road in the Airport <br />Economic Development Area. (AE Goetze, <br />Inc.) Ms. Auburn declared a conflict of <br />interest and did not vote on this item. <br />6. NEW BUSINESS <br />a. Public Hearing on Resolution No. 1284 <br />amending the South Bend Central <br />Development Area Development Plan. <br />Mrs. Kolata asked that the following items <br />be entered into the record: 1) an original of <br />the Notice of Hearing of the Amendment to <br />the South Bend Central Development Area <br />Development Plan; 2) an affidavit from <br />Carol Smith, Advertising Manager of the <br />South Bend Tribune, that the Notice of <br />Hearing was published in that daily <br />newspaper on August 19, 1994; 3) an <br />affidavit from Lisa J.
