Staff report on disposition of property in <br />the South Bend Central Development <br />Area. <br />There was no report. <br />k. Commission approval requested for <br />Agreement to Lease in the South Bend <br />Central Development Area (Stephenson <br />Mill - Parking) <br />Ms. Manier explained that this lease <br />agreement leases to Stephenson Mill <br />Partnership the land surrounding the Opelika <br />Building for parking and site improvements. <br />It is a 30 year lease giving the partnership <br />all of the obligations for maintenance and <br />taxes, etc. Rental is $1.00 per year. At the <br />end of 30 years, the partnership has the <br />option to purchase the site for the cost to the <br />City of making improvements to the <br />property. <br />Upon a motion by Mr. Faccenda, seconded <br />by Mr. Donoho and unanimously carried, <br />the Commission approved the Agreement to <br />Lease in the South Bend Central <br />Development Area (Stephenson Mill - <br />Parking) <br />1. Staff report on acquisition of property in <br />the Sample -Ewing Development Area. <br />There was no report. <br />m.
