Commission approval requested for <br />Resolution No. 1253 =roving an <br />apglication for real property tax deduction <br />for proper located at 802 S. Fellows <br />Street in the South Bend Central <br />Development Area. (Harbor Metal <br />Treating of Indiana, Inc.) <br />Mr. Beitzinger noted that a review of the <br />cost of the real property tax abatement <br />shows that, without abatement, the project <br />will generate approximately $17,872 in <br />new taxes over the three year period. <br />With abatement, the project will generate <br />approximately $6,017. Therefore, the cost <br />of the real property tax abatement will be <br />approximately $11,855 over the three year <br />period. <br />Upon a motion by Mr. Sharp, seconded by <br />Mr. Donoho and unanimously carried, the <br />Commission approved Resolution No. 1253 <br />approving an application for real property <br />tax deduction for property located at 802 <br />S. Fellows Street in the South Bend <br />Central Development Area. (Harbor Metal <br />Treating of Indiana, Inc.) <br />f. Commission approval requested for <br />Resolution No. 1254 approving an <br />application for real property tax deduction <br />for property located at 1530 S.
