Nussbaum, II, City Attorney <br /> July 9, 1993 <br /> South Bend Common Council <br /> 4th Floor, County-City Building <br /> South Bend, IN 46601 <br /> ATTN: Mr. Steve Luecke, President <br /> Mr. Tom Zakrzewski, Chairman Utilities Committee <br /> RE: Nonrecurring Service Charges Ordinance <br /> Dear Councilmen: <br /> Attached please find a substitute bill, Ordinance No. 55-93, <br /> an Ordinance of the South Bend Common Council of the City of <br /> South Bend Establishing Charges for Nonrecurring Services <br /> Rendered by the City of South Bend Water Works, which is <br /> scheduled for public hearing and third reading on July 12, 1993 . <br /> As stated in the Statement of Purpose and Intent for Ordinance <br /> No. 55-93, the proposed nonrecurring service charges must be <br /> approved by the Common Council and the Indiana Utility Regulatory <br /> Commission (IURC) . <br /> The proposed nonrecurring service charges which appear in <br /> Ordinance No. 55-93 are presently pending before the IURC on a <br /> thirty (30) day filing procedure.
