ORDINANCE NO. 8.589-93 <br /> AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE ZONING ORDINANCE FOR <br /> PROPERTY LOCATED AT THE NORTHEAST CORNER OF <br /> LASALLE STREET AND NOTRE DAME AVENUE IN <br /> THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND, INDIANA <br /> BE IT ORDAINED by the Common Council of the City of South <br /> Bend, Indiana: <br /> SECTION I . Ordinance No. 4990-68, as amended, which ordinance <br /> is commonly known as the Zoning Ordinance of the City of South <br /> Bend, Indiana, be and the same hereby is amended in order that the <br /> zoning classification of the following described real estate in the <br /> City of South Bend, St. Joseph County, State of Indiana: <br /> A parcel of land located in the East-Half <br /> (E 1/2) of the Northeast Quarter (NE 1/4) of <br /> Section Twelve ( 12) , Township Thirty-Seven <br /> (37) North, Range Two (02) East and all being <br /> located in Portage Township, South Bend, St. <br /> Joseph County, Indiana and more particularly <br /> described as follows: <br /> Lots 7, 8, 9, 10 and 11 as shown on the <br /> recorded Plat of B. F. Dunn's Subdivision of <br /> the South Half (S 1/2) of Large Lot 13 in <br /> Samuel L. Cottrell 's First Addition to the <br /> Town of Lowell, now within and a part of the <br /> City of South Bend, recorded in Plat Book 9, <br /> page 96 and also the west 116 . 00 feet of a <br /> vacated, 10 .0 feet wide, east west alley lying <br /> between and adjacent to Lots 7, 8, 9 and part <br /> of Lot 10 of said B. F. Dunn's Subdivision and <br /> containing 0.640 acre, more or less . <br /> be and the same is hereby established as "C" Commercial, "E" Height <br /> and Area. <br /> SECTION II .
