I am
At Large further recommending that there be a Fifteen Dollar
($15. 00) fine, payable through the Ordinance Violation
Bureau and if the person has failed to comply,
thereafter that the fine be increased to Twenty-five
Kathleen Cekanski-Farrand Dollars ($25. 00) .
Council Attorney
I seriously believe that there may be a serious public
safety risk with regard to all of the buildings which
are not properly posted. I have had ongoing
discussions with members of the Police Department and
the Fire Department who are also in support of this
Bill.
