NEW BUSINESS (Cont.) <br />o. continued... <br />Upon a motion by Mr. Donoho, <br />seconded by Mr. Sharp and unanimously <br />carried, the Commission approved <br />Resolution No. 1232 amending the <br />Declaration of Protective Covenants and <br />Restrictions for Blackthorn Corporate <br />Park. <br />P. Commission approval requested for <br />Resolution No. 1231 annrovine the Fair <br />Re -use Value of Property in the Airport <br />Economic Development Area. <br />(Blackthorn Corporate Park Lot #3) <br />Mrs. Kolata explained that Resolution <br />No. 1231 puts Lot #3 in Blackthom <br />Corporate Park up for bid. The re -use <br />valuation is $192,000 for the 4.463 <br />acres. The proposed use is hotel. We <br />do not expect there to be immediate <br />demand for this property, but once it has <br />been publicly offered, then we can <br />negotiate with future interested parties <br />without having to go through this <br />technicality at that time. <br />The Commission expressed its desire to <br />see a full service, high quality hotel on <br />this site.
