(1st <br />Blackthorn Industrial Minor Subdivision) <br />Mrs. Kolata explained that Resolution <br />No. 1230 sets the re -use value of the <br />land in the 1st Blackthorn Industrial <br />Minor Subdivision at $410,500 for the <br />entire 15.944 acres or $25,750 per acre. <br />The proposed re -use is industrial. <br />Upon a motion by Mr. Donoho, <br />seconded by Mr. Sharp and unanimously <br />carried, the Commission approved <br />Resolution No. 1239 approving the Fair <br />Re -use Value of Property in the Airport <br />Economic Development Area.
