Paris in <br />the Sample -Ewing Development Area. <br />The last counter offer is from Pat <br />Martin, Power of Attorney for J. <br />Johnson, in the amount of $13,000 for a <br />single family dwelling located at 1121 <br />Carroll Street. The original purchase <br />offer was for $11,000. The staff <br />recommends accepting the counter offer. <br />Upon a motion by Mr. Piasecki, <br />seconded by Mr. Sharp and unanimously <br />carried, the Commission accepted the <br />counter offer in the amount of $13,000 <br />for property located at 1121 Carroll <br />Street in the Sample -Ewing Development <br />Area. <br />j. Staff report on disposition of property in <br />the Toll Road Industrial Park. <br />Mr. Riggs noted that the staff has <br />received a proposal from Toll Road <br />Industrial Partners L.P. of South Bend <br />for a portion of Lot 18C of the Toll <br />Road Industrial Park. Toll Road <br />Industrial Partners is a local partnerhsip <br />affiliated with the Holladay Corporation, <br />a local developer. <br />Lot 18C is a 24.15 acre parcel of land, <br />not currently served by infrastructure. <br />This is one of four Redevelopment <br />Authority owned lots in the Toll Road <br />„x+00 <br />-15- <br />COMMISSION ACCEPTED THE COUNTER <br />OFFER IN THE AMOUNT OF $13,000 FOR <br />PROPERTY LOCATED AT 1121 CARROLL <br />STREET IN THE SAMPLE -EWING <br />DEVELOPMENT AREA <br />
