Commission Mroval requested for <br />Resolution No. 1224 determining to pay <br />certain expenses incurred for local public <br />improvements in or serving the Sample - <br />Ewing Allocation Area (South Bend <br />Allocation Area No. 8) from the Sample - <br />Ewing Allocation Area (South Bend <br />Allocation Area No. 8) Special Fund <br />Mrs. Kolata explained that Resolution No. <br />1224 is a preliminary resolution setting a <br />public hearing on February 18, 1994 at 10:00 <br />a.m. to appropriate $750,000 of funds for the <br />Sample -Ewing Allocation Area. When we <br />put together the appropriation of $1,800,000 <br />approved a few weeks ago, we had not <br />received the December tax settlement. The <br />tax settlement was larger than we had <br />estimated. <br />-47- <br />
