NEW BUSINESS (Cont.) <br />The Commission recessed at 11:22 a.m. and <br />reconvened at 11:46 a.m. <br />Mrs. Kolata asked permission to consider item <br />6.j. at this time. There was no objection and item <br />6.j. was moved up on the agenda. <br />j. Commission approval requested for <br />Resolution No. 1226 =roving an application <br />for real property tax deduction for property <br />located at Lot #4, Crossroads Industrial <br />Complex in the Airport Economic <br />Development Area. (M /W Partnership) <br />Mr. Inks read the staff report on the project. <br />M/W Partnership (dba: Corporate Services, <br />Inc.) is in the business of creating and <br />printing mailing lists and labels, laser <br />printing of letters, Certificates of <br />Achievement, etc., and the ultimate <br />fulfillment and mailing or shipping associated <br />with same. Their project calls for the <br />construction of a 20,000 square foot complex <br />on 5.4 acres on Cleveland Road just west of <br />phase 5 of the Airport Industrial Park. The <br />building will allow the company to grow in <br />both sales and employee base. The <br />efficiencies gained by the new facility will <br />enable the company to become more <br />competitive in the marketplace. The total <br />projected cost of the building is estimated to <br />be $485,000. <br />The petitioner has not been granted any <br />previous tax abatement. The property is <br />properly zoned for the proposed use. The <br />property is not located in an area presently <br />designated as a Tax Abatement Impact Area, <br />„� -40- <br />
