NEW BUSINESS (Cont.) <br />c. continued... <br />forth in Resolution No. 1207, adopted by <br />the Commission on December 17, 1993, <br />and that the public health and welfare will <br />be benefitted by the acquisition and <br />redevelopment of the Sample -Ewing <br />Development Area, as contemplated by <br />the Development Plan for the Sample - <br />Ewing Development Area. <br />5. Resolution No. 1207 and the Sample - <br />Ewing Development Plan are hereby <br />confirmed. <br />6. This Resolution constitutes final action, <br />pursuant to IC 36- 7- 14- 17(c), by the <br />Commission determining the public utility <br />and benefit of the proposed project and <br />confirming Resolution No. 1207, <br />pertaining to the Sample -Ewing <br />Development Area. <br />7. The Secretary is directed to record this <br />resolution pursuant to the requirements of <br />IC 36- 7- 14- 17(c). <br />Ms. Auburn opened the Public Hearing for <br />whoever wished to speak. <br />JAMES MASTERS: Attorney on behalf of <br />Frank and Tina Polack who own property at <br />1010 S.
