OLD BUSINESS <br />There was no Old Business. <br />6. NEW BUSINESS <br />a. Commission approval requested for <br />Release of Urban Homesteading <br />Agreement with Pedro and Kathy Lynn <br />Galacia for property located at 815 S. <br />Pulaski. <br />Mrs. Kolata noted that Pedro and Kathy <br />Lynn Galacia have met the terms of the <br />Agreement under the Urban <br />Homesteading Program, including living <br />in the home for five years and bringing <br />the home up to code. This Release of <br />Agreement releases them from any <br />further obligation under the program. <br />Upon a motion by Mr. Sharp, seconded <br />by Mr. Piasecki and unanimously <br />carried, the Commission approved the <br />Release of Urban Homesteading <br />Agreement with Pedro and Kathy Lynn <br />Galacia for property located at 815 S. <br />Pulaski. <br />b. Commission approval reauested for <br />Subordination Agreement with Ford <br />Consumer Finance Company, Inc. for <br />property located at 2005 W. Kenwood <br />Street.
