Staff report on Proposal for Disposition <br />Parcel No. B in the Studebaker Corridor <br />portion of the Sample -Ewing <br />Development Area. <br />Item 6.g. was tabled. <br />h. Staff report on acquisition of property in <br />the Sample -Ewing Development Area. <br />Mrs. Kolata noted that we have received <br />eight counter offers for property in the <br />Sample -Ewing Development Area. <br />The first is from Eugene Kyle & Terry <br />Donaldson in the amount of $9,500 for <br />property located at 113 Pennsylvania <br />Street. The original purchase offer was <br />in the amount of $8,000.
