NEW BUSINESS (Cont.) <br />continued... <br />improvements related to this project <br />through its engineering staff. <br />Upon a motion by Mr. Faccenda, <br />seconded by Mr. Donoho and <br />unanimously carried, the Commission <br />approved the Agency Agreement with <br />the Board of Public Works for design <br />and construction of local public <br />improvements related to the Stephenson <br />Mill Apartments project. <br />k. Staff report on acquisition of property in <br />the West Washington-Chapin <br />Development Area. <br />Mr. Hunt noted that we have received a <br />counter offer for 214 S. Chapin Street. <br />It is a 6,608 square foot vacant lot. The <br />original purchase offer was for $2,600. <br />The counter offer is for $3,750. The <br />staff recommends accepting the counter <br />offer. <br />Upon a motion by Mr. Faccenda, <br />seconded by Mr. Piasecki and <br />unanimously carried, the Commission <br />accepted the counter offer in the amount <br />of $3,750 for property located at 214 S. <br />Chapin Street in the West Washington - <br />Chapin Development Area. <br />7.
